As you may realise we are looking for stall holders that are "Handmade"and "Homegrown". This includes: handmade, home grown vegetables and fruit, baked goods and food stalls. We do allow people to sell for others as long as it fits out themes. We are also looking for entertainers, massage, henna tattoos, face painters, foodies, artists etc.
Under our recycling ethos we also allow: tables of a de-stashing nature {clean out those hoards - we know you have them} and quality collectables and retro goods (Pre1979).
We look for the environmental focus in a product with a contemporary brand.
Themes - Summer/beach, Vintage, Environmental,Unique, Handmade, Hand grown, Hippy, Self sustaining, Re-purposed, Up-cycled.
We do not allow:
- We have limited room inside so acceptance inside is not guaranteed.
- Outside is $15 for a trestle table sized space, BYO table - some marquee cover is available. Marquees have sides for good weather protection. Limited tables available to hire out at $5 a table
- Inside is $22 for a trestle table sized area, table included. Limited half tables available.
- Set up is at 8am sharp and pack up cannot be initiated till 1pm. Exceptions can be made by prior arrangement only.
- Payment of stalls will be made on the day towards the end of the market. Someone will be around to collect the funds at some point.
- You will be emailed to let you know of your acceptance inside or outside. Layout of the market is usually done the week prior to a market and not before.
- We will only deal with one market at a time so please do not try to book in to other markets than the coming month.
- Cancellation of your stall must be made at least by the Wednesday prior to the a market. Emergencies are exceptions of course. Stall fee will occur to anyone not cancelling within the proper time.
- The market has a food license. Stall holders do not need to buy their own. All food items must be labeled with ingredients and dairy and meat produst must be refrigerated at all times.
- Some inside stalls have hanging space behind the table. Please inquire about your stall if this is required
- Upon arrival you may park on the paved area to unload but please do not restrict the bus zone (fines can be given, and it makes them a bit angry) and outside stall holders set up space. Vehicles must be moved ASAP.
- We like to keep our market looking lovely so please make an effort to place a lovely bit of cloth to cover your whole table. We also like to see effort in your stall set up so please think about this before your stall is set up.
- At the end of the day please fold up your trestle table and ensure there is no rubbish in your immediate area.
